Change In Directors

The Board of Directors of Frencken Group Limited (the "Company") refers to the announcement dated 26 October 2009 "Retirement of Executive Director - Sebastiaan Johannes van Sprang" and wishes to announce the following : -

1) Resignation of Mr Sebastiaan Johannes van Sprang as an Executive Director with effect from
31 December 2009. The Board would like to express its appreciation to Mr Sebastiaan
Johannes van Sprang for his dedicated service and valuable contribution to the Group.

2) Appointment of Mr Hendrik Gezinus Tappel as an Executive Director in place of Mr Sebastiaan Johannes van Sprang with effect from 31 December 2009.
